eSolutions has been attracting businesses outside of Real Estate for some time and as a result we are expanding our marketing expertise and design knowledge from Real Estate into additional market segments. What talents and ideas do you have to help our clients to grow and manage their business more efficiently? With much thanks to our clients we’ve grown and will soon be 7 figures with our founder generating most all of the sales, but it’s time to bring in more sales power. You’ll work directly with our team to take our current sales process, master it, improve it, and help take our business to the next level. You’ll learn about challenges businesses face from branding, image, positioning, marketing and what it takes to makes each business unique. You will also learn the critical nature of geo and content marketing and SEO to organically acquire new business and maintain existing clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a plan to seize all sales opportunities within your geographic area. Anywhere!
  • Follow an account development plan for each key customer and support customer’s goals and objectives
  • Estimate and propose service agreements and facilitate system upgrades
  • Utilize mutually agreed upon goals and objectives as a guide for planning weekly activites
  • Work within a team to deliver total customer satisfaction
  • Prepare sales activity, excellent follow up skills, and forcasting reports
  • Conduct scheduled QA visits with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction
  • Keep current on company and competitive products
  • Keep current on local business market trends

Requirements

  • PROVEN TRACK RECORD AND DESIRE TO WIN
  • Minimum 7 years experience in sales
  • Have a good understanding of business fundamentals and be able to communicate technical solutions in layperson terms to high level buyers in customers’ organizations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of the internet, CMS, CRM, spreadsheets, modification of sales materials as necessary. Social media and SEO knowledge a plus.

INSIDE SALES

This position is entry level for sales and marketing. We are looking to train an individual into an Inside Sales role. The position includes relationship building and new client acquisitions. Our openings are absolutely ideal for recent grads looking to get their foot in the door and gain valuable experience, or those wanting to change careers. We provide full training and encourage any candidate with unlimited growth potential to apply.
